The form of a uterus on the one side is juxtaposed to a wooden egg cup enclosing a silver belly button, symbolizing fertility, birth and motherhood. The two sides hang in a precarious balance. Obscure Anamorphosis consists of a series of jewelry and sculpture that comment on the formation of stereotypes on physical appearance and standards of beauty. Most times these are forged through tradition, fashion, myths, fairytales or even toys.
