Artist Statement

ANTHOSMIA* The connection between woman and the flowers in the Garden functions metaphorically, highlighting her nature as something mysterious and immensely powerful, full of life and potential. As flowers bloom and grow, so does she embody beauty, fragility, and nature’s quiet strength. Her anatomy, with its curves and symmetries, recalls the morphology of blossoms, while her creative power symbolizes birth, continuity, and regeneration, just as the garden flourishes in every season. In my garden, Woman–Nature is both creator and guardian, balancing between mystery and the living presence of life. *The word "ANTHOSMIA" is a noun in Ancient Greek and refers to the fragrance of flowers. It is a combination of the words ἄνθος (flower) and  ὀσμή(smell).
