Thank you for your interest in participating in this year’s program. The application forms will guide you through the submission process for both the Main and the Satellite exhibitions. We kindly ask all applicants to read the guidelines thoroughly before proceeding, so that your submission reflects the clarity and care your work deserves.

To participate in the JELO 6 Project, please complete the online submission form. For your convenience, here is an overview of the information required:

 

  • Contact Information: Your full name and a valid email address for your official registration and direct communication.

  • Project Title & Description: The name of your collection and a brief description of your concept. Please include the materials and techniques used, along with a short biography (up to 120 words).

  • Digital Presence (Links): Links to your website or professional social media profiles (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

  • Photo Submission Requirements: Please upload representative photos of your work belonging to one specific collection. To ensure consistency and high quality, please follow these specifications:

    • Composition: Each photo should feature only one piece shown alone on a plain white background. Avoid decorated environments or strong shadows.

    • Technical Specs: Files must be in JPG/JPEG format, minimum 300 dpi, and dimensions of 10x15cm.

    • Important Restrictions: Please do not use mobile apps (e.g., Grids, Layout) for editing or creating collages, as they significantly reduce image quality and resolution. Additionally, avoid using camera filters, as they alter the natural appearance of the jewelry.

    • File Size: Maximum 10MB per file.
