Presence /// Absence

In a world where the visible and the invisible coexist in a delicate balance, the group SYNERGY—an innovative collaboration between three galleries: Galleria Carlo Lucidi (Rome), Tincal Lab Gallery (Porto), and Uni.Versus Art Room (Athens)—presents its first international collective exhibition, entitled Presence /// Absence. With themes such as interpersonal relationships, identity, memory, space, and time, the works—wearable objects belonging to the field of contemporary jewelry—engage in dialogue with one another, inviting the public to reflect on the duality that defines the human experience.

Participants in the Athens edition, as presented in the main exhibition of the JELO6 Project Cyprus 2025, include: Béatrice Carlson (France/New Zealand), Carmen López (Spain), Dimitra Papamerkouri (Greece), Elisabeth Drude (Germany), Fanni Nagy (Hungary), Gemma Canal Espuñes (Spain), Isabelle Busnel (France), Karin Van Paassen (The Netherlands), Lily Preve (Greece), Maria Koutmani (Greece), Militsa Milenkova (Bulgaria/Greece), Szidonia Csiki (Romania), Yiota Vogli (Greece), Yuxiao Zhu (China), and Zahra Sheikh (Iran).
