Mon Coin Studio
Conceived around contemporary Greek ceramics, Mon Coin Studio was founded by Eléonore Trenado-Finetis in 2019. Through exhibitions, events, and international collaborations, it highlights the dynamic evolution of ceramic art, creating a bridge between tradition and contemporary creation in Greece and beyond. Located in the historical center of Athens, in Monastiraki, the space functions simultaneously as a gallery, a boutique, and an exhibition venue, while also housing the founder’s own studio. Extending its presence into the urban landscape as a “Street Museum,” it brings ceramics closer to the public through carefully designed installations. More than just a physical space, Mon Coin Studio operates as a cultural platform—a true art incubator, where exhibitions organized by Greek Ceramix Contemporary come to life, showcasing the full diversity of Greek ceramics. Far from being an isolated medium, ceramics here are presented as a field of experimentation in constant dialogue with painting, sculpture, and design.
In the framework of the JELO6 Project Cyprus 2025, Mon Coin Studio participates with the following artists: Aggeliki Papadopoulou (ceramist), Haris Panousopoulos (painter and ceramist), Irene Krimizi (ceramist), Jean-Stephan Kiss (visual artist), and Myrto Zirini (ceramist).
