Artist Statement

A quiet dialogue unfolds between material and gesture. Through the carved suggestion of an outward flow—a source of liquid blessing—the marble is gently animated, as if breath were passing through it. The vessel transcends its solidity, opening into a state of becoming, where form softens and begins to bloom.

Echoing organic rhythms, it resembles a cluster of unfolding petals or feathers, poised between containment and release. In this work, marble is no longer inert; it becomes a living presence—delicate, generous, and in continuous transformation.
