Artist Statement

Roanne Sanchez-Watts is a jewelry artist based in London. Much of her practice is rooted in the completeness of rings, whose compact, narrative worlds function as invitations. Attentive to the sentiments we share, she uses jewelry as a storyteller, evoking the idea that jewelry can be felt as much as it is seen. Simply put, her work often unfolds as a charged and layered narrative.
